Linda Allen heads the Esprit Law team and is primarily responsible for all firm activities and client satisfaction. Since 1999 she has been committed to providing outstanding legal services through developing tailored solutions to address the specific needs of each client. Her vast experience working in the U.S. and International Business communities allows her to focus on providing outstanding service to corporations desiring to establish, maintain or expand operations in the United States and abroad.
Ms. Allen received her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communication from Michigan State University and attended Thomas Jefferson School of Law where she received her Juris Doctorate. She was selected as a Women’s International Center Living Legacy Scholarship Recipient and was a member of the National Lawyer’s Guild and the Lawyer’s Club. Further, Ms. Allen was fortunate to work with former Immigration and Naturalization Service Commissioner, Alan C. Nelson in his private practice.
Linda Allen regularly authors articles regarding Business Law, Immigration Law, and Estate Planning and is frequently invited to lecture to professionals, business owners, human resource professionals, other attorneys, and other groups. Linda’s prior speaking engagements include Lorman Educational Services sponsored seminars and company-sponsored speaking engagements at Goodrich Aerostructures Group, Pacific Bell, Embarcadero Systems Corporation, Engine X, Mira Costa College Professional Work Development Program and the City Club, to name a few. She is a member of the California Bar, the Association of Corporate Counsel, the American Bar Association, the International Bar Association, the American Immigration Lawyers Association, the Strategic Trusted Investor’s Roundtable (San Diego), the Society for Human Resource Management, the San Diego County Bar, the Thomas More Society and Delta Theta Phi, an International law fraternity.
